Welcome

Hello and Welcome!

I am a BACP registered, person - centred counsellor supporting women through all stages of life. I work with clients experiencing difficult life events (past and present), life stages / transitions and emotional challenges.  My areas of support include bereavement, low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, family issues, relationship difficulties, loneliness... and more. I also specialise in perinatal and postnatal mental health, supporting women/birthing parents through pregnancy, early motherhood, and beyond.

You can read about the areas that I can help you with here.

Whatever you are facing, I offer a non - judgmental space, where you and your experiences will be held with compassion and understanding. Together, we will work towards helping you to feel better, to restore a sense of balance and to make meaningful and lasting change.

My counselling approach is supportive, compassionate, and tailored towards your individual needs. I also draw on the healing benefits of nature to support self-connection, personal growth and to restore emotional wellbeing.

You can read more about my therapy approach here.

Whether we meet in nature, in a therapy room or online, my aim is to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Together, we will untangle the complexities of whatever it is that you are going through and find a meaningful path forward.

I understand that finding the right counsellor can feel daunting, which is why I offer a FREE initial call and a reduced-cost first session. This gives you the chance to get a feel for how we might work together and to make sure you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.

You’re welcome to explore the rest of my website, where you’ll find more about me , my therapy approach and the ways to work with me  - there is also an FAQ  page with information on sessions and fees.

If you feel ready to take the next step - or if you have any questions -  I would love to hear from you.

Thank you for considering me as part of your therapeutic journey.
